I’m your Healthy Lifestyle Coach and Injury Specialist, here to help your busy family, and growing little ones navigate their way to improved wellbeing.
I’m also a Public Health Professional and Injury Treatment Specialist, with over eight years experience.
I’m here to help you and your family confidently embrace healthier habits. So you can stop worrying about the “how” and start living a balanced, active life without the constant stress of “what should we be doing?” holding you back.
Health is such a central part of your family’s life, whether it’s planning meals, keeping up with physical activity, or trying to manage fussy eating, it can feel like it’s all you’re thinking about.
You just want to do what’s best for your kids, and it’s frustrating when it feels like the pieces aren’t falling into place.

My mission is to empower families to build sustainable, healthy habits that work for their busy lives.
I focus on helping children and families understand the why behind making healthy choices, rather than just being told what to do. Through a personalised, holistic approach, I integrate behavior change strategies, nutrition education, and physical activity to create lasting health improvements.
I have a special passion for working with children of all abilities, including those with additional needs. I take the time to listen, get to know each child, and use creative methods to engage them. Making health and wellness fun and accessible for everyone.
Whether it’s addressing fussy eating, portion control, or increasing physical activity, I’m here to support your family every step of the way.
My Approach
My journey in health and wellness has been shaped by a love of research and a passion for supporting children and families. I hold a MSc in Public Health, where I focused on childhood obesity, along with a BSc in Applied Sport, Health, and Exercise.
I’ve worked in the NHS, implementing behaviour change, nutrition education, and physical activity to make a difference to kids and their families.
After completing my A levels, I became a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and founded Olivia Mercer Sports Massage. I’ve been lucky enough to take this across the UK and abroad, helping people recover from injuries and stay active.
When I’m not helping families, you’ll likely find me outdoors, paddleboarding, rowing, hiking or researching my next destination to swim with sharks (yes, really!). Oh and I can’t resist a day at the beach.
I currently live in Norwich, England.
I’ve always been committed to making a positive change, whether that’s through sports coaching or supporting families who want to improve their health but don’t know where to start.
